Take the Santa suit, elf ears and jingle bells out of the closet then costume up for holiday runs this month.

Holiday 5Ks are a great way to exercise and help offset some of those extra calories that come with the season. From cookies to pies; the temptations are endless. Another benefit is being able to dress festive for the running event and possibly win a prize for the effort. Several holiday inspired running events will be offered in the area.
