THE MERCURY MILE IN POTTSTOWN

When: Wednesday at noon

Where: The walk will begin from the McDonald’s parking lot located at 1428 E. High St.

More Details: The Mercury Mile is a lunchtime activity that promotes walking as a free exercise. The one-mile walk usually last about 20 minutes and participants are able to network with others at the same time. PRESCRIBE-A-TRAIL IN PHOENIXVILLE

When: April 30 at 11 a.m.

Where: Participants will meet at the bridge next to the Phoenixville Foundry which is located at 2 N. Main St.

GET FIT WITH A DOC

When: May 5 from 5 p.m.to 5:30 p.m.

Where: James Memorial Park located at 1027 Ridge Road in Sellersville

SPRING GALLERY WALK IN WEST CHESTER

When: May 6 from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m.

Where: Downtown West Chester

SENIOR WALKING BINGO IN BOYERTOWN

When: The next walk will be held May 19 at 10 a.m.

Where: Boyertown Area Senior High School track located at Monroe St.

More Details: The walk is a free activity meant for senior citizens, their grandchildren and caregivers. Seniors walk around the track as they play bingo for prizes such as household goods and healthy living items.
